Sautéed wild forest mushroom accompanied with French de Xe’re’s Sherry Vinaigre shallot cream and finished with smoked Knockanore cheese. (7) GF V

Topped with lemon chilli crust served on a bed of spinach and a salsify ginger-lime sauce. (4, 7)

Grilled Chicken Breast with Mozzarella

Topped with sun-dried tomato, basil, mozzarella and served with a creamy pesto sauce. (7, 8)

Steak Diane 100% Irish
Rump fillet cooked with Cognac forest mushroom and tarragon sauce. (7, 10) GF

Spinach and ricotta tortellini tossed in a rich tomato and basil sauce, lightly dusted with parmesan cheese. (1, 3, 7)

Chef’s Pork Ribs (Highly Recommended)

Country style smoked pork ribs marinated in Chef’s own hot barbecue whiskey sauce. Served with an organic salad garnish. GF
